Fee Details

| Extra failed payment attempts fee | For each failed transaction (due to insufficient funds on card), a $0.30 fee will be applied. The first three failed transactions per month are exempt from this fee. |
| Card Authorization Cancellation Fee | A $1.00 fixed fee applies to each authorization cancellation and is deducted from the card's balance. (Processing fee is waived). |
| Refund Fee | A fee of 2% of the transaction value is applied to all refunds processed to the card. |
| Non-US Fee | Transactions made with non-US merchants or in a currency other than USD are subject to a fee of 1% of the transaction value plus a fixed fee of $0.50. |
